buyyourspot.com (“the site”) is operated by Akash Yadav, a sole proprietorship registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. By buying a listing you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, ask before you pay.

What you are buying

  • A listing on a public leaderboard. The amount you pay decides your position on it, and nothing else does. The full mechanics are on the Rules page and form part of these terms.
  • A one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no auto-renewal.
  • Your listing goes live as soon as your payment completes, and stays public for as long as the site operates.

What you are not buying

  • A guaranteed position. Anyone can pay more and move above you at any time — that is the entire product, and it applies to you the moment you buy.
  • A guaranteed amount of traffic, clicks, impressions or sales. Click counts shown on the board are reported in good faith but are not a promise of future traffic.
  • Any exclusivity. Competitors may list alongside you, above you, or below you.
  • Advertising placement, editorial endorsement, or any review of your product. Listings are not vetted and appearing on the board is not a recommendation.

Your listing

  • You must have the right to list the website or account you submit, and to use the name and description shown.
  • Chat and invite links are not accepted. Affiliate, referral and tracking parameters are stripped from every listing URL.
  • You are responsible for the content you submit and for the destination it points to. Do not list anything unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • We may hide or remove any listing that breaks these terms, or that we are legally required to remove. Where a listing is removed for a breach, the amount paid is not refunded.
  • The edit link emailed to you is the only credential for your listing. Anyone holding it can edit the listing, so keep it private. We cannot issue a replacement beyond the recovery flow on the site.

Payment

  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record and is the seller for the purposes of your transaction. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
  • We never see or store your card details.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Tax is included in the amount shown at checkout and is calculated by the payment provider based on your location.
  • If you raise the bid on a listing you already own, you pay only the difference between your current amount and the new one.
  • All sales are final once your listing is live. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Availability and liability

  • The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue it.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or your listing is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and contact

  • We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and changes are not applied retroactively to purchases already made.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
